### What formats are we looking for?

WE CONSIDER CONVERTING ESTABLISHED VENUES THAT WANT A FRESH START AND TO BECOME PART OF THE CALIFORNIA BAKERY FAMILY, AS WELL AS NEW LOCATIONS IN TWO DIFFERENT SIZES (FROM 100 TO 150 SQ M AND OVER 150 SQ M) AND THEREFORE WITH DIFFERENT EXPECTED TURNOVER. DON’T HAVE A VENUE? NO PROBLEM: WE CAN LOOK FOR A LOCATION TOGETHER TO OPEN CALIFORNIA BAKERY IN THE CITY YOU HAVE IN MIND.

### What is the profit or return on investment?

SEVERAL FACTORS DETERMINE THE PROFITABILITY OF A CALIFORNIA BAKERY VENUE, NOT LEAST GOOD MANAGEMENT BY THE OWNER. DURING THE INTRODUCTORY MEETINGS WE WILL GIVE YOU DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THE INVESTMENT AND ITS RETURN.
